Steady State

During steady state, we monitor the process and report back on progress made as well as measure KPIs against baseline data from before implementing any changes at all (if possible) or just performance metrics such as employee satisfaction levels after implementing change at an individual level rather than just an organisational level (if possible). Retro sessions are also held at this stage to evaluate the success of the change and make sure it is moving in the right direction. If there are problems, we can identify these and then make changes as necessary based on what we have learned.
